By using paletteprism.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

2) Our Service

 

Palette Prism helps you generate, evaluate, simulate, and save color palettes and export design tokens. Some features may be experimental or change over time.

 

3) Accounts

 

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4) Your content & licenses

 

You retain ownership of palettes and titles you create.

• Private palettes remain private unless you choose otherwise.

• Public palettes: you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share them on the Services (including thumbnails and search previews) solely to operate and improve the Services.

• You represent you have rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

 

5) Acceptable use

 

You agree not to: break the law; reverse-engineer or attack the Service; upload malware; scrape at scale; misrepresent palette authorship; or use the Service to create unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing content.

 

6) Tools are advisory; no professional advice

 

Contrast checks (WCAG/APCA), color-vision simulations, gamut/out-of-gamut flags, and soft-proofing are informational and not legal, accessibility, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying final accessibility/compliance in your products, environments, and jurisdictions. WebAIM+1

 

7) Tokens & color accuracy

 

Rendering varies by device, OS, browser, color space (sRGB, Display-P3), and print process. We don’t guarantee that on-screen colors match printed or end-user results.

 

8) Third-party services

 

We use third parties (e.g., Wix hosting, consent tools, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services. Wix Support+1

9) Termination

 

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, legal risk, or security reasons. On termination, your license to use the Service ends; your content rights remain as described above.

 

10) Disclaimers

 

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

 

11) Limitation of liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALETTE PRISM AND ITS AFFILIATES/SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR FOR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

12) Indemnity

 

You will indemnify and hold Palette Prism harmless from claims arising from your content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or law.

 

13) Dispute resolution; governing law
